The Chapter started on Oct. 31, 1971. Seymour was a Boy Scout leader and he was very active in the Jewish Theater of the Greater Phoenix Area. Unfortunatly he was killed in 1971 in a car accident. So acouple of Jewish teens thought it would be nice to name a chapter after him so they did. In that time they had members such as Michael House, Scott Sandler, Brad Klein and others. They have won 8 straight in a row "Monsky awards" and they folded in 1990 or so. It is now re-opened Oct 2001.
